Ingredients

14 ounces can of black beans, drained with liquid reserved

2 golf balled-sized tomatillos

3 cloves of garlic

1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce from a can, chopped (I prefer the Embasa brand)

2 tablespoons tahini (recipe below)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2-3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon cumin powder

pinch of salt

5 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds

2-3 tablespoons olive oil
