6 Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs asparagus
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable or olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • Salt

Made this with no real oil, just a spritz of olive oil spray, and used a few tablespoons of chicken broth to cook asparagus. Bumped up the spices, cumin seed, turmeric and garlic...delicious!!!
