This recipe was delicious. The only thing I'd do differently next time is add a little chile powder to spice it up.

Ingredients for 6 servings

One 3 1/2 pound boneless pork loin

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon kosher salt

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

2 tablespoons orange marmalade

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
