2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 pounds mushrooms, quartered

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 large egg yolks

2 tablespoons crème fraîche

1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
