3 cups Balkan-style plain yogurt

1 tsp finely grated lemon rind

1 tsp lemon juice

1 cup Cranberry Blueberry Granola Recipe

3 cups mixe mixed berries , (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and quartered strawberries), fresh or thawed

2 tbsp granulated sugar

2 tbsp black currant juice (such as Ribena)
