Ingredients for 1 serving

20 shallots

250 ml water

1 cucumber

100 grams pineapple

2000 ml water

2 cm fresh turmeric

200 grams lettuce

2 clv garlic

7 fresh chillies

3 red chillies

1 pch salt

1 salt and monosodium glutamate to taste

600 grams laksa noodles (you can get it easily from supermarkets) scald in hot water and drain

50 grams tamarind (assam jawa)

1 tablespoon Maggi Belacan powder (it's so convenient to use this, instead of roasting a piece of belacan) then roast it

5 dried chillies

2 big onions
