10 Ingredients

  • Mint - 1 bunch
  • Cilantro - 1/2 bunch
  • Green chillies - 8-10 medium sized
  • Yogurt - 2 table spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind concentrate - 2 Tbsps
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar - 3 Tbsps
  • White sugar - 3 Tbsps (you could choose to use just one type of sugar)
  • Chaat masala - 1 Tbsp Salt to taste
