Ingredients for 2 servings

1/2 cup Vegetable Broth

2 tbsp pure maple syrup

2 tbsp Molasses

2 tbsp tomato paste

2 tbsp Peanut Butter

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp prepared mustard (I use Dijon)

1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke

1/2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 small onion, thinly sliced

Big pinch salt

1 lb seitan, thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

fresh black pepper

4 cup broccoli florettes and peeled and sliced stems
