1/2 cup maple syrup

3/4 cup water

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (maple extract would be lovely too!)

1 cup gluten free oats (100 g / 3.55 oz)

1 cup quinoa flakes (82 g / 2.90 oz)

1/4 cup sweet rice flour (35 g / 1.25 oz)

1/4 cup tapioca starch/flour (33 g / 1.15 oz)

1/2 cup millet flour (87 g / 3.10 oz)

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp orange zest

6 tbsp butter, softened

2 tbsp maple syrup
