  • ¼ cup gochugang (Korean Chile Paste)
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsps peeled and minced ginger
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 ½ Tbsps low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsps sesame oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 ½ Tbsps peeled and minced ginger
  • ¾ cup Franks red hot sauce
  • 3 Tbsps unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsps toasted sesame oil
  • 24 chicken wing pieces
  • 1 cup sweet rice flour
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 ¼ cup cold water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying
