2 1/2 lb split chicken breasts, bone in, poached and cut into 1” dice

1 1/2 cup diced celery, about 3 ribs

1 1/2 cup walnut pieces

3 cup Bing cherries, pitted and quartered

3/4 cup low fat mayonnaise

6 oz plain yogurt

1 tbsp dried Tarragon (or Rosemary)

salt and pepper to taste

6-8 cup mescaline greens

6 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp dry mustard
