1/4 teaspoon chipotle chile powder

1 large orange bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch squares

1 1/2 cups finely shredded carrots (about 4 ounces)

3 strips orange zest, very finely slivered

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/4 pounds butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 2 1/2 cups)

3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons flour
