1 tablespoon grated orange zest

3/4 cup fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons Frangelico, or other nut-flavored liqueur

6 hazelnut biscotti cookies

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

Biscotti Crust, recipe follows

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 cup sugar

2 tablespoons finely ground toasted hazelnuts

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1/3 cup dried fine bread crumbs

Clear Orange Caramel Sauce, recipe follows

3 cups sour cream

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons unsweetened espresso concentrate

1 pound cream cheese, at room temperature

2 teaspoons finely ground toasted hazelnuts

2 tablespoons cornstarch
