1 1/2 cups minced fresh flat-leaf parsley

1 bunch green onions, white portion only, minced

1 large tomato, peeled, seeded and diced

2 Tbs. minced fresh mint

1 can (15 1/2 oz.) chickpeas, rinsed and drained

3 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil

3 Tbs. fresh lemon juice, plus more as needed

1/2 tsp. ground toasted cumin seeds

Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
