Ingredients for 4 servings

2 x pork chops

2 tbsp Marinade:lemon grass

2 x shallots, minced

2 x cloves of garlic, minced

A bit of black pepper, coarsely ground

Juice of half a lime

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp oil

Rice vermicelli-about 5 ounces, the package has three slabs of dried rice sticks. Use one slab.

Some sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots and lettuce

Chopped peanuts and fried shallots for garnish
