1 tomato, chopped

3/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

1/2 red onion, chopped

1 jalapeno chile pepper, chopped (wear plastic gloves when handling)

1 cup cubed mango

1/4 tsp ground cumin

1 tbsp chopped cilantro

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp canola oil

1/8 tsp salt
