220 g pork shoulder, cut in 3×2 inch rectangles

85 g roasted rice powder (found in spice section in Asian groceries)

55 g garlic powder

1 tsp salt

450 g ground pork

1 small bundle bean thread noodles (soaked, drained, cut into 2-3 inch length)

1/2 cup dried wood-ear fungus (soaked and drained)

2 tbsp pepper

1 tbsp salt

2 x egg whites

2 x egg yolks

1/2 tsp annatto seeds

1 tbsp oil

3 tbsp fish sauce

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

2 x minced garlic

6 x pork chops
