Salt & Pepper

Olive Oil

2 Chicken Cutlets

A Bag of Mesclun Salad, Washed

1 Carrot

2 Bell Peppers

1-2 Cups of Cherry Tomatoes

1/4 Cups of Pine Nuts

Goat Cheese

1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar

1 Cup Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard

1 Tablespoon of Honey
