4 tsp Cumin seeds

3 tsp Whole black peppercorns

4 tsp Coriander seeds

1 tsp Mustard seeds

1/4 tsp Turmeric

1/8 tsp Asafetida

10-11 c. Water

1-2 tbsp Oil

1 1/2 tsp Salt
