2 x 250g packs large portabella mushrooms, brushed clean and cut into 1cm thick slices

1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped

2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves, washed

Juice of ½ a lemon

200 g British beef sirloin steak by Sainsbury's

1 x 28g pack fresh flat leaf parsley by Sainsbury's, washed and finely chopped

3-4 sprigs fresh mint by Sainsbury's, leaves picked, washed and finely chopped

4 sprigs fresh basil by Sainsbury's, leaves picked, washed and finely chopped

2 tablespoons capucine capers, drained and finely chopped

1 tablespoon French dijon mustard by Sainsbury's

2 Sainsbury's anchovy fillets, finely chopped
