500 ml veg stock

150 g puy lentils, washed

100 g frozen peas

100 g halloumi, cut into thin strips

2 shallots, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, sliced

1 bunch each of fresh parsley, tarragon and sage, chopped

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 carrots, diced
