9 Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour, for dusting
  • Pate Brisee (Pie Dough)
  • 6 to 7 medium-large ripe tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 4 Tbsps olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 scallions, trimmed, white and light-green parts only
  • 1 cup flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 3 Tbsps coarsely chopped fresh marjoram
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
