Ingredients for 4 servings

2 cups whole wheat pastry flour

2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

3/4 tsp fine grain sea salt

3/4 cup walnuts finely chopped

4 oz Unsalted Butter, heated until just melted

1/2 cup dried dates, seeded and finely chopped into a paste

3 cup ripe Bananas, mashed well

1 1/2 cup carrots, grated (about 3 meduim)

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or lowfat is ok)

2 x Eggs, lightly whisked

6 oz cream cheese, room temperature

3 tbsp Agave nectar or maple syrup (or to taste)
