2 (15-ounce) cans cannellini or great Northern beans (or 3 cups cooked)

3 garlic cloves

1 large sprig rosemary

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus oil to drizzle on top

Large pinch hot red pepper flakes

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
