  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 medium sized onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 oz. green beans, finely chopped
  • 1 capsicum, sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped scallions
  • 1 ¾ lbs cooked rice, preferably cooked a day before and chilled
  • 1 tbsp red curry paste or
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 ½ fl. oz. vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 lbs cooked peeled shrimps, beef, pork, chicken, or ham (any combination)
  • 1 tbsp bottle chili or tabasco sauce
