1/2 cup (2oz.) crumbled feta cheese

1 package Rice-A-RoniĀ® Beef flavor

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/3 cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

1/2 cup chopped red onion

2 1/2 cups water

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tablespoons margarine or butter

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

3 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped

1/2 cup sliced ripe olives

1/2 pound lb. thick sliced deli roast beef or cooked flank steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
