3 slabs baby back ribs, membrane on back of ribs removed

2 cups honey

1 1/2 cups apple juice

2 cups of Dr. BBQs Sweet and Sticky Glaze (see below)

Dr. BBQs rub

1/4 cup salt

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic

1 1/2 teaspoons granulated onion

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg

1 cup ketchup

1/2 cup dark molasses

1/4 cup white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon allspice

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon mace

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke (Optional)

1/2 cup honey

1 tablespoon hot sauce of choice
