1 cup tart dried fruit (such as cranberries and cherries)

1/2 cup sweet dried fruit (such as apricots, pears and peaches), cut into 1/2- inch pieces

1/4 cup currants

2 tablespoons chopped candied ginger

1 cup 1/2-inch pieces of fresh rhubarb
