The muffins:

6 large eggs

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1 cup packed golden brown sugar

1/4 cup matzo meal

1 cup matzo cake meal

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, not defrosted
