1 cup shredded vegan cheddar cheese (I used Follow Your Heart cheddar alternative)

1/4 cup hummus (I used Sabra classic)

3 large kale leaves

2 tbsp non-dairy milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)

salt and pepper (to taste)
