I made this for my Valentine's Day dessert. It was quick and so easy to make. Next time I will cut my strawberry slices just a tad thicker. I used semi-sweet chips and dark chocolate chip and melted them in the microwave right in a ziplock bag and just snipped the end off to do the drizzle. Much easier and just as good. This recipe really makes a lot! So, next time I'll cut it in half. The presentation is nice and it's so easy my 6 & 8 year grandsons could make it with me. (It never hurts to teach them how to cook when they're young!)

Ingredients for 8 servings

2 pounds fresh strawberries, washed

3 1/4 cups whipping cream, divided

1/3 cup Confectioners Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla

1/2 teaspoon rosewater (optional)

4 sleeves (about 19 ounces, or 24 to 28 whole crackers) graham crackers

2 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped
