1 pound high-quality, responsibly farmed salmon (try Whole Foods North Atlantic salmon)

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

6 fresh garlic cloves, finely chopped

sea salt and fresh-ground pepper to taste

1/2 cup walnuts

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/4 teaspoon cayenne

juice and grated rind of 1 orange, 1 lemon, and 1 lime

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 clove garlic

salt and pepper to taste

10 cups baby kale

1 pint raspberries
