1 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 lb asparagus , nice thin spears,divided

2 medium fresh tomatoes , seeded and diced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

2-3 tablespoons cucumber-dill salad dressing (the thick kind, consistency of mayonnaise)

parmesan cheese , finely grated (optional)

1 teaspoon sesame oil

lettuce leaf (iceberg or romaine works well)

cayenne pepper

1/2 lemon, juice of
