1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into julienne strips (marinated in a Lemon Pepper marinade for at least 15 minutes)

1 small yellow squash, cut into strips

1 small zucchini, cut into strips

½ med. red bell pepper, cut into strips

½ med. onion, sliced into thin wedges

2 tsp. parsley flakes

1-1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. pepper

1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
