  • 6 ozs cherry-flavored cranberry 100% juice blend
  • 3/4 cup mixed frozen loose-pack blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries
  • 1/3 cup (3 ozs) light extra-firm silken tofu
  • 1/2 large very ripe banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
