Light and moist and nearly cake-like. I added Italian seasoning to the dough. It's great warm or cooled. My daughter has said she'll switch from wheat bread for this. It's really good. *I haven't made the bruschetta.

2 cup FLAX FOCACCIA BREAD BASE ----- flax meal

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp Cream Of Tartar

1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt

1 tbsp Agave nectar

5 x eggs, whisked

1/2 cup Water

1/3 cup Olive Oil

1 batch ROSEMARY PARSLEY TOPPING ----- Focaccia

1 x onion, minced

1/4 cup parsley, chopped

1 tbsp rosemary, minced

1/4 cup olive oil
