I agree. White BBQ Sauce sounds very interesting indeed. I will try this. But, it'll have to be with chicken breasts.

I made this for my parents during the week with only an hour of prep time. The three hour marination time isn't necessary; it came out tasting just as good as if it had been marinated for hours. The white barbecue sauce really compliments the seasonings of the chicken. I would highly recommend this for any barbecue this summer.

Made this for an impromptu cookout. It was fast, easy, and tasty. Didn't have time to marinate but I don't think it mattered. Would make this again. Maybe would try adding a little red pepper to the chicken mix to give it a little zing!

Ingredients for 5 servings

1 tablespoon dried thyme

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

10 chicken thighs (about 3 lb.)

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tablespoon coarse ground pepper

1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons horseradish
