5 roma tomatoes (Diced)

1 Medium red onion (Thinly Sliced)

½ Cup kalamata olives (Pitted and Halved)

1 Tablespoon Fresh oregano (Finely Chopped)

2 Tablespoon Fresh Flat Leaf parsley (Coarsely Chopped)
