  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 (1-inch-thick) rib-eye steaks (1 3/4 to 2 lbs)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsps crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp chopped kalamata or ripe olives
