1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

4 cups water

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 cup whipping cream

2 egg yolks, beaten

2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed chicken broth, undiluted
