1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast

1 cup warm water

2 tablespoons white sugar

1/4 cup plain yogurt

1 egg, lightly beaten

2 teaspoons salt

2 - 2 1/2 cups bread flour

1 3/4 - 2 cups fresh whole hard white wheat flour

1/4 cup butter, melted

Tandoori chicken

thinly sliced cucumber, red onion, and red bell pepper

cilantro leaves

yogurt sauce, recipe follows

1 cup plain greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
