1 1/2 cup cooking salt

1 liter water

1 cup korean chilli powder– aka gochugaru

1/2 cup fish sauce

2 tbsp white sugar

6 x spring onions, sliced

5 x cloves of garlic, crushed

1 knob ginger, grated

1/4 x nashi pear, cored and peeled

1/4 x brown onion, peeled

200 g chinese radish
