2 tbsp flour

2 1/2 cups fish stock

3/4 cup cooked split peas

4 salmon filets

1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

2 cups water

3/4 cup dry white wine

1 onion

1 carrot

fresh parsley

fresh thyme

1 bay leaf

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper
