2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 beef bouillon cubes

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1 (15 1/2 ounce) can kidney beans , undrained

tortilla chips (optional) or crackers (optional)

29 ounces diced tomatoes with juice

1 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoons salt

15 1/2 ounces tomato sauce
