2 slices of bread

10 oz (~3/4 package) silken tofu

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp Bragg’s liquid aminos

optional: spices to your preference (garlic, onion, paprika, cayenne pepper, etc.)
