2 medium onions, halved and thinly sliced

4 garlic cloves, 2 chopped and 2 minced

1 cup drained canned tomatoes, chopped

1 1/2 pounds okra, sliced on the diagonal 1 inch thick

1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
