  • 2 Tbsps lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsps Red Wine Vinegar
  • 8 pita breads
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (or one TBS dried)
  • 2 roma tomatoes chopped
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 large head of Romaine lettuce rough chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 10 or more pitted kalamata olives (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
