2.0 tbsp rice vinegar or white wine vinegar

1.0 tsp clear honey

2 carrots , cut into thin sticks

1 large garlic clove , crushed

1.0 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger

100.0g fresh bean sprouts

ΒΌ cucumber , cut into thin ribbons

250.0g fresh tagliatelle

sesame oil , to serve
