Crepes:

3 eggs

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup whole milk

1/4 cup water

3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine

Dash salt

Cheese Filling:

12 ounces farmer cheese, at room temperature

8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

4 tablespoons sugar

Assembly:

5 tablespoons butter or margarine + more as needed

Sour cream

Fresh berries and/or berry syrup
