2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon water

1 cup frozen mashed potatoes

1/2 cup fat-free milk

2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

Dash of paprika
