  • 6 ozs lean boneless leg of lamb or lean boneless sirloin steak, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 3/4 cup fat-free beef broth
  • 2/3 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsps tomato paste
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 cup frozen mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 tsps grated parmesan cheese
  • Dash of paprika
